How to use this calculator?

Start by entering your desired living area and selecting either SIP or Log construction type. Then, choose the construction type: Separate house or Extension. Based on your selection, you'll see different customization options:

SIP Cabins: Come as complete packages with fixed specifications. Only optional quotes available for painting, plumbing, and electricity.
Log Cabins: Fully customizable with various options for foundation, insulation, cladding, and additional services.
House Extensions: Extensions can be built using either SIP panels or log construction. Note that certain criteria must be followed — such as maximum extension size, clearance requirements, and project evaluation criteria. Please review the house extension guidelines to learn more.
